(Static and lazy yoga, with power elements and usage of special breathing techniques and voice relief)
**Start Your Day with a Practice That Changes Everything**
Morning Yoga with Daniil is more than just a workout. It is a holistic, author-developed practice that awakens the body, clears the mind, and sets you up for the day with full energy and inner clarity.
**How the Practice Works**
The session is built around four complementary elements, each one amplifying the next.
The practice opens with **breathing techniques** that kickstart your metabolism, oxygenate your cells, and shift your nervous system from sleep mode into conscious presence. Within just a few minutes, you will feel the fog of morning inertia dissolve.
Next comes **targeted warm-up exercises for the joints and tendons**. Gentle yet precise movement through every joint prepares the body for deeper work, reduces the risk of injury, and restores the natural mobility we lose from hours spent at a desk or in transit.
Then follows **tapping of the key energy points**. This ancient method activates the body’s meridians, boosts circulation, and quite literally switches the body on from within. The effect is immediate and tangible — after tapping, the body feels alive, warm, and fully awake.
From there, the practice moves into **static loading** — sustained holds that build strength, stability, and focused attention. This is where you learn to remain calm under pressure, both on the mat and in everyday life.
The session closes with **classical yin yoga using the voice on the exhale**. Extended holds combined with vocal breathing create a deep resonance throughout the body, releasing accumulated tension from the fascia and connective tissues and guiding you into a state close to meditative trance. This is not a metaphor: participants describe the experience as **psychedelic — without any substances** — a complete dissolution of inner noise and a profound sense of unity with one’s own body.
**Who This Practice Is For**
For anyone who wants to begin their day not with anxiety and fatigue, but with strength, calm, and clear intention. No prior experience in yoga is required.
