A practice that has been created by OSHO in cooperation with psychiatrists, developed on thousands of people and meant specially for western people. It is an active practice of releasing emotions and blockings from the body. Meditations consists of five parts, lasts for an hour and is dons with special music. Practising longer this practice brings soothing to anxiety and depression because it does a big cleanse in the body – all emotions and tensions that have been suppressed during life will be released layer by layer.
