Enjoyment does not have to be a spontaneous moment or a habitual activity – it is a subtle skill that can be consciously unlocked, trained and deepened. In this workshop, we will explore how to be more fully present in sensations, and how to notice and distinguish between direct pleasure (e.g. touch, internal flow) and indirect pleasure (e.g. reflection of pleasure, contact field).
Through simple but profound body practices, we will open the way to greater sensitivity, presence and deeper connection. We learn to listen to the body’s real needs and allow ourselves to experience joy, peace and aliveness – all without effort.
Come alone, with a friend or loved one – all practices are safely guided and respect your personal boundaries.
Pleasure is not a random gift from fate – it’s a map of the inner landscape that you can learn to read and follow.
