How to develop the ability to experience pleasure?
Pleasure can be trained like a muscle, and its skilful use fills us with vital energy, feel-good hormones and love, to the point where we no longer want anything more from the outside. How can we create such states, both alone and with a partner?
In this workshop we will focus on direct and indirect pleasure. We will identify what enhances and detracts from the experience of pleasure. We will look at how to go through shame, guilt and other uncomfortable feelings should they arise.
