The journey to conscious eating

I invite you to a workshop where we will explore together the beliefs and habits that drive our eating behaviour – often unnoticed. We’ll look at emotional eating and learn to distinguish between when the body really needs food and when we’re looking for emotional relief. We’ll do practical exercises to release restrictive patterns, reconnect with the body and practice eating with presence. It’s a deep journey – soft, supportive and mindful.
