Visualisation journey “In Connection”

Adjusting your breathing. Arrival. Being in the moment. Getting in touch with yourself.

The visualisation retreat is a combination of Svadhyaya, meditation, self-analysis, visualisation and relaxation. Giving time to oneself. Our body needs time to arrive. When our body relaxes, so do we and our breath. And from the moment our body is in deep relaxation we are ready to go on a journey. When we analyse ourselves and our lives in the moment of relaxation, we see a more complete picture. We come to awareness, recognition and then healing and transformation. A visualisation retreat is all about a deep examination of self and awareness. The goal is to bring the experience of consciousness into awareness. Self-awareness helps us to distinguish between habits that come from the ego and habits that come from the true Self. The journey simply asks us to notice, observe and listen. By listening, we can recognize what we need and what we don’t need.
