Karunesh Heart Opening Meditation

In this meditation, we stretch the heart meridians and open the body through movement, presence and feeling. We learn how we can give through the energy of the heart and we also learn how to receive through this energy. There are a total of four movement directions and the length of the first four stages is 4 x 8.14 min and the relaxation at the end is 20 min. It is a very strong, heart-opening, and energy-raising meditation, where tears may begin to flow, and you may experience a total opening.
