Authentic Inner Power ritual

A workshop based on summoning the power that is already in each and every one of us, based on the exploration done in order to write my book ‘Omassa voimassa’ (Finnish for Authentic inner power- published by Basam Books) . A truly empowering 1-1,5 hour experience which is a true celebration of life and the beauty that we all are. A Journey of remembering by coming to presence with ourselves mirroring with others. We walk, voice out, release emotions through movement and peel back the layers of untruth to actively come to space.
