Breath based Hatha Yoga

Welcome to yoga!

Our path is guided by deep balanced breathing and we consciously connect our physical yoga practice to the phases and rhythms of breathing, learning to notice our body, energy, internal polarity, the flow of the breath, and allowing the practice to carry us into a deep connection with our true being.

The exercises align and tone the body, balance the mind, support the nervous system, improve circulation, enhance concentration, willpower, confidence, guiding you to inner peace and harmony.

This yoga session is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis.

You will need a yoga mat (also available on site) and something warm to cover yourself with during the final relaxation.
