In the first part of the practice, through grounding meditation, we create a deep connection with the ground and our roots. By drawing the attention downwards, we create a strong foundation from which to move upwards – to vibrate together in a collective energy and create balance.
We then move into a gentle breathing journey, creating a safe space for complete relaxation and presence. This is an opportunity to dive deep into yourself, release tension and restore inner peace.
In the third part, we will practice qigong – the alignment of movement and conscious breathing that helps to bring the body and mind into resonance. It supports the opening of energy flow, relieves tension stored in the body and fills the whole being with fresh and vital energy.
