Energising morning exercise

Mona has been working as a women’s trainer for 5 years and has helped thousands of women to improve their exercise routine and increase well-being through the mokafit.com workout platform. In association with the festival, Mona will be conducting an invigorating workout x morning exercise to help get in touch with the body and increase overall wellbeing.
