Why does connection break and how to re-establish it?
We talk a lot about love. We long for closeness, security and true connection. Yet we often experience something else – we withdraw, protect ourselves or lose connection with ourselves and the other.
Many of us dream of a relationship where one person is at the same time a lover, best friend, life partner and safe haven. It seems complete and beautiful. But often this dream remains incomplete – the connection is created but does not last, the passion fades and the closeness begins to gradually disappear.
In this workshop we will explore one of the greatest mysteries of love: why do we still not get closer despite love? And how to create a connection that lasts.
We will bring together contemporary approaches to love (Esther Perel, John Gottman, Sue Johnson, Helen Fisher, Stan Tatkin and others) and create space for your own experience. We will work individually, in small groups and in a common discussion circle.
You can ask anything that really touches, moves or confuses you in your relationship.
The workshop is suitable for those who are currently in a relationship, as well as those who want to better understand their previous relationships or the kind of relationship they long for in their life.
Here you can:
- Get scientific clarity about the paradoxes of love.
- Explore your relationship and love patterns.
- Understand the tension between intimacy, security and passion.
- Learn how to maintain a deep connection without losing yourself.
- You are welcome with all your questions, experiences and searches. We may not find all the answers, but together we can explore the questions that really matter.
