Kaia Kapsta-Forrester

Most of us don’t actually live in love. We live in expectations, fears, and the stories we carry into our relationships. And then we wonder why we don’t feel truly seen.

Kaia Kapsta‑Forrester is an integrative family and couples psychotherapist, relationship educator, and group facilitator with over 20 years of practical experience in Estonia and the UK. She has worked with more than 3,000 people, supporting them in creating more conscious and fulfilling relationships.

In her work, Kaia weaves together a variety of approaches, including IMAGO relationship therapy, PREP relationship education, psychodrama, and body awareness practices. Her focus is on recognizing relational patterns, cultivating authenticity, and fostering genuine intimacy — both in the relationship with oneself and with others.

Kaia’s style is practical and experiential. She creates a safe and clear space where participants can explore how past experiences and the stories we tell ourselves about them shape the way we show up in relationships today — as well as our ability to influence the quality of our own lives.

Her background in theatre and contemporary dance brings a creative and embodied dimension to her work, helping people not only understand their patterns but also process them through lived experience.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Kaia is an active trainer and public speaker. She has contributed to numerous family‑wellbeing initiatives and has addressed topics ranging from romantic relationships and parenting to values and consent culture.

Her style is often described as warm, clear, and direct — she doesn’t just stay on the surface-level but supports people in moving toward deeper understanding and practical change
