Everyone carries a quiet dream of love — the desire to be seen, understood, and held.
Yet often we live not in love itself, but in the fantasies, expectations, and stories we bring into our relationships.
In this experiential workshop, I invite you to explore what creates genuine connection with yourself and with another person. Through guided exercises, reflection, body awareness, and elements of psychodrama, we will uncover inner patterns and experience contact in a more direct and meaningful way.
We will explore different forms of love — passion, friendship, caring closeness, and mature partnership — and look at which of these are already present in your life and which are waiting to unfold.
This is a space where you can:
- notice your expectations and projections in relationships
- experience more authentic contact with yourself and others
- gain clarity about the kind of connection you truly long for
The workshop is suitable for both individuals and couples.
Duration: up to 3 hours (with a break) or 2 hours without a break.
Pre‑registration required. Max 20 participants
