Connection begins with love — love for oneself and for others. In this workshop, we explore how connection is created both within ourselves and between people. We look at what forms a relationship, and whether we dare to use our voice so that connection can arise.
Every human being needs understanding, closeness, and connection. How can this be created without words? This workshop is an invitation to explore what happens when presence — rather than language — becomes the bridge between two people.
In the first part of the workshop, we open the foundations of conscious relating. We speak about listening to one another, attunement, the dynamics of masculine and feminine energies, and how to create more safety, authenticity, and connection in all kinds of relationships.
The second part is practical.
Through simple voice and presence exercises, we discover how sound — without using words — can create connection between two people. We explore how to notice and listen to each other through sound, how to mirror another person, and how to create shared space without speaking.
Throughout the workshop, Artjom and Eliis create an improvisational sound field that supports deeper presence, listening, and experience.
The workshop is suitable for couples as well as individuals attending alone.
No previous experience with voice or singing is required.
This is an invitation to experience how the unseen becomes tangible.
