Breathing is a key for connecting our body and mind. In Wim Hof method workshop we practice simple,yet powerful breathing techniques that support the balance of your immune- and hormonal systems, help relieve stress, activate blood circulation and digestion, and finally take you to deep relaxation. These breathing practices are also helpful relieving chronical and autoimmune diseases, improving physical capability and raising our energy levels. Breathing is guided by specially chosen music.
