Yoga Nidra for men and women

A deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra journey with healing Reiki energies. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep/rest, gives you the opportunity to experience deep relaxation and a change in the state of consciousness, where you seem to fall into a deep sleep, but at the same time remain fully conscious. Yoga Nidra is practiced while lying on the ground, and during it a deep meditative state of peace is achieved following the instructor. In such complete peace and relaxation, our body’s self-healing ability starts and our mind also calms down. Yoga Nidra releases physical, emotional and mental tension, reduces stress and anxiety, helps with sleep problems, supports mental development, etc.

In addition to the guided Yoga Nidra relaxation-meditation, the room is filled with pure and healing Reiki or Source energy.
