Once upon a time, I lived a very different life. I was a biomedical scientist on a high-achieving academic and corporate path, with studies at Oxford and Johns Hopkins. By my early thirties, I was leading scientific training at a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, on a site with over 10,000 people. From the outside, it looked like success — and intellectually, I loved it. But inside, I was disconnected from my body and inner desire. My weeks ran on adrenaline, and my weekends were spent chasing aliveness through intense outdoor sports and immersion in nature.
Then lockdown arrived, and in a single decision, everything changed. I went to Bali, and what followed was a discovery of deep pleasure in my body, that I could make love for hours and feel energized, that I could have psychedelic-like experiences through lovemaking, and that I could heal many traumas through movement practices. I was introduced to Intimacy work through embodiment and pleasure.
My relationship to pleasure transformed completely. Lovemaking became expansive, meditative, and energizing. Shortly after, I experienced a powerful Kundalini awakening that permanently shifted my nervous system, sensitivity, and path, requiring profound integration. After that moment, it all changed. I quit my high-achieving career, sold my apartment, moved countries, and then embarked on an intense learning across multiple schools, mentors, and methods on different continents to become an Intimacy Teacher.
Today, my passion is to transmit Intimacy knowledge and embodiment. At the heart of my work is a simple mission: to bridge the gap between the high-achieving, intellectual world and a soulful, embodied, joyful way of living — and to help people move fluidly between both, fully themselves in work, life and love.
