I’ve travelled the world – lived in Australia, Finland, the USA and travelled in Asia, South and Central America. In the Philippines and Thailand, I discovered freediving – the first conscious breathing and meditation practice of my life. It was a total relaxation under 20 metres of water – an experience that taught me to find peace even in the most intense situations. At the same time, I was training at a Taipox camp, constantly pushing the limits of physical and mental endurance.

I later ran my own functional training club in Estonia and worked as a coach in the Miami CrossFit environment in the USA. All these years and adventures culminated at one point in a complete meltdown – an experience that broke but taught. Six years of dedicated recovery, inner work and going deeper into various healing practices brought me back to balance.

Today I share what helped me – breathing, qigong and mindful movement. I teach how to relieve physical tension and pain, reduce stress and increase inner strength. My aim is to support people towards a freer, healthier and more connected life – in body, mind and breath.

And now, 10 years after my first dive, I went to Nicaragua this winter to do my second level freediving course. I dived to a depth of 25 metres – this time in an ancient volcanic crater 200 metres deep. It was like completing a full circle – going deep is no longer just an underwater journey for me, but also an inner immersion into myself.
