Marina Orusalu

Marina is a certified nutrition counsellor whose approach goes beyond what you eat – she helps you get back in touch with your body, your feelings and your real needs. Marina’s work intertwines science-based nutritional knowledge with a deep understanding of the human emotional world. She helps clients understand the patterns behind their eating behaviour: why we eat when stressed, why we feel guilty after a meal or why we fail to consistently make choices. Her approach focuses not on willpower, but on caring self-awareness and management.

Marina believes that sustainable healthy eating starts from within – with self-esteem, awareness and healthy boundaries. At the heart of her work is a genuine listening and involvement, so that each person finds their own way, not following someone else’s rules.

Marina guides you to explore your inner reasons, to release limiting beliefs (yes, even food-related thought patterns can hold you back!) and to separate emotional eating from your body’s actual energy needs. It creates a space where eating becomes a tool, not a struggle.
