Merike has been supporting the development of organisations and the professional growth of leaders for more than 20 years, while at the same time moving deeper and deeper on the path of personal and spiritual self-development. In parallel to her work as a trainer and coach, she has devotedly immersed herself in tantra, temple and soul practices, and the consecration of femininity and leadership archetypes.
Her most important guides have been Sofia Sundari and Bruce Lyon. Attending Sundari’s retreats has opened Merikese’s consciousness to the power of femininity, the deeper meaning of leadership and the wisdom of Egyptian temple rituals. Assisting on the “In Service to Love” retreat has allowed her to experience the art of service in its purest form. Under the guidance of Bruce Lyon, Merike has entered the world of Temple Training, drawing from its support and clarity for her next steps.
In recent years he has completed the ISTA (International School of Temple Arts) Level 1 and Level 2 programmes. 2025 is becoming one of the most transformative years of his life so far – she has participated in two intensive 6-week Temple Trainings.
In August 2025, she will lead a retreat called ‘A Woman in Her Own Power’, which will combine Merikese’s experience with contemporary temple and power practices.
In the Connection festival, she will hold space in the Saturday night “Soul Temple” experience – a sacred space pulsing with stillness where deep soulfulness and the pulse of life can meet.
