Connection does not begin with another person.
It begins in the moment you return to yourself.
There is something that happens between two people when both are present in themselves. Something that is hard to describe in words, yet the body recognizes it instantly.
Connection is more than physical closeness or kind words. It often forms in layers: a look, honesty, touch, safety, the feeling of being seen, and the ability to stay present even when something inside us begins to move. In this workshop, we explore how these layers expand and how to bring them into play.
Connection is born when two people are not running away from themselves.
In this workshop, through a touch of humor and a lot of presence, we explore the moments when we usually attempt to escape — when we start pleasing, explaining, joking, trying too hard, melting away, or withdrawing behind an inner door. Through simple body-awareness practices, eye contact, and partner exercises, we explore what happens when we stay still for a moment — with ourselves, with another, and with the present moment.
If you feel drawn to experiencing something meaningful, coming more fully into your body, stepping out of your “bubble,” and learning to be with others without losing yourself, then this workshop is for you. You are warmly welcome.
