I am a practitioner who has been systematically researching and experimenting with different practices for more than fifteen years to create a connection between body, mind and spirit. For me, it is important that the practice does not remain just a theory or a special experience, but becomes a part of life – a morning breath, a conscious step, a simple but consistent routine that keeps you balanced.

I have learned and been inspired by many great masters, but I have always focused on one thing – my own experience. The value of the practice only opens up when you live it consistently. I have combined conscious nutrition, physical exercise, breathing and meditation into a daily morning ritual that has helped me stay clear and calm both in family life and as an entrepreneur, while leading several international projects.

As a teacher, I do not want to offer illusions or unattainable promises. I would rather share what has been proven in practice and has a profound effect than consistently applying it. I believe that everyone can create their own foundation – a simple but effective system that supports them in all areas of life and also provides a basis for deeper spiritual experiences.
