Peep Õunapuu is a father of 4, a spiritual seeker and a tantra practitioner who helps people find a deeper connection with themselves and the world. His work – whether it is tantra sessions, massages, self-development courses or organizing concerts – carries the same message: life can be joy, openness and sacred admiration for everyday miracles.
He has been one of the main organizers of the High on Life Association (formerly the High on Life Tantra Festival) since 2016, creating spaces where people can experience their true nature and transformation.
Peep has been on the tantra path for 15 years, studying under both Estonian and international teachers. His main source of inspiration is the tandava and teacher, Kashmisi tantra master Daniel Odier. However, Peep’s greatest teachers are his children – they remind him every day that admiration is the truest tantra practice.
Pees’s bodywork sessions (since 2011) and workshops are a place where contact becomes healing, movement – empowering, and the moment – sacred. Peep believes that true change begins with oneself, and shares the wisdom she has gathered on her journey both at tantra events and in everyday encounters.
“Tantra is not just a teaching, but a way of living – through complete openness and admiration for what is.”
