Circling Practice

Circling is a mindful practice that brings your awareness onto how it is to be me in the present moment and with other people. The purpose of circling is to be with what is, not by changing anything or to arrive anywhere, letting various experiences unfold moment by moment. The experience itself can be deeply healing and uplifting, but also uncomfortable and challenging. The world of circling is as big as life with all the seeable and unseeable colours that it includes. In this workshop we will get a taste of it, practising different exercises in couples and triplets.
