Yoga in the Dark

In the dark yoga workshop we will close our eyes, breathe deeply in and out and turn our look into ourselves. We will focus only to ourselves and will find some peace from the outer world. In the dark yoga workshop you can – experience the cooperation between your mind and body more deeply; – experience the yoga poses from inside out; – use more senses than seeing; – use more inner deep muscles to keep balance; – laugh properly about yourself; – experience something new and step out of your comfort zone. Yoga class is suitable for everybody, also for beginners. Take your yoga mat and eye bond (also a wider strip or scarf is suitable) with you!
