Soft yoga

Yoga is flowing, slow and grounding. We stay in postures and meditation for longer periods of time. The emphasis is on breathing and feeling your own body. I’ll demonstrate different variations of each pose – choose the one that speaks to you. Through each posture you will be accompanied by carefully chosen music and my guidance.
