The Temple of the Heart – The art of self-love is a sacred and guarded space where all attention can be turned inward. Through the ritual of conscious breathing, meditation, movement and self-respect, the opportunity to meet oneself on a deeper level opens up – where words no longer reach and the body begins to speak.
We often carry feelings, tensions, and vitality within us that are hidden under habits, fears, or control. When we allow the body to breathe, move and express freely again, the natural flow will gradually be restored. This creates a deeper contact with yourself, your heart and inner wisdom.
All practice takes place in your personal space, mostly with your eyes closed. There is no touching or interaction with other participants – this creates an opportunity to move fully within your own experience, without the need to compare yourself to or react to anyone. You are protected by a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be exactly who you are in that moment and choose the nudity that suits you.
This workshop is for you if you feel a call to deeper self-love, presence and vitality. If you want to soften your inner control, trust your body’s wisdom more, and experience the peace, openness, and power that can come when you meet yourself in full presence.
The number of participants is kept balanced with the proportion of men and women where possible in order to maintain the safety, quality and depth of the space.
NB! 80 people can participate. To participate, be there on time and you can bring a lungi/sarong with you!
