The Primal Power of Men

A man’s place in today’s world can feel confusing — there are many expectations and even more roles. But when you go deeper beneath the layers, back to the original essence, everything becomes simple and clear again.

In this workshop, we explore the different layers of a man — what has been learned, suppressed, or forgotten, and what has existed within us long before words and roles. We inquire into presence, power, boundaries, naturalness, and connection with oneself.

When the space becomes trusting and mature enough, we also let the primal animal come out — the part of a man who feels, moves, breathes, and expresses without masks. We may sing men’s songs, move, sound, breathe, laugh, and experience something that cannot be fully planned in advance.

This workshop is born largely on the spot — sensing the people, the moment, and the power that begins to move within the group.
