The Ark of Delights is a workshop for women where we allow ourselves to experience the deep pleasures that come from within. In a safe and nurtured space, we come into presence, allow our bodies to relax and our voices to open and discover and experiment with different doors to experience pleasure. The more pleasures we can find in different activities/beings, the greater our capacity to experience pleasures in partnership and in daily life. Pleasure is our birthright, but often life’s seriousness and commitments make us forget it.
In this workshop, we will share theory and do practical exercises to cultivate our enjoyment. The workshop does not include nudity or touching of intimate areas.
