Womb Yoga Women’s Practice Workshop

Womb yoga women’s practices are suitable for women of all ages and stages of life. Feminine, sensual, toning, hormonally balancing and activating the main feminine energy centres, the exercises help to raise awareness of the female body and its various processes. As women, we are in a constant state of change, be it during the monthly cycle or more broadly through the different life phases from young girlhood to menopause and beyond.

Practices help to balance the menstrual cycle, reduce menopause-related symptoms, activate sexual energy and creativity, provide support during the desire to conceive or during pregnancy and recovery, and at any other time when we need support.

Womb yoga exercises teach us to listen to our bodies and become aware of our internal rhythms so that we can better support ourselves as women, accept our uniqueness and love ourselves as we are.

Womb yoga incorporates elements from Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Sakta Tantra and Mahavidya teachings, Bhakti Yoga and Yoga Nidra. We practise exercises, breathing techniques and meditations all designed to make us feel good as women in our wonderful bodies.
